Highly prized wild, edible mushrooms occur all over Humboldt County, California.  Fruitland Farms knows when and where to look.  We pick when they are prime for fresh eating and have a few preservation tricks for the winter store.  With the prevalence of fire in the Pacific Northwest, depending on weather conditions and distances, we will spend some time looking for Morels (Morchella elata - black burn-site) beginning in May 2019.
